In 1811, the Township of Bishopdale contained 79 inhabitants, of whom 35 were male and 44 were female. There were 14 houses, of which 14 were occupied and none were unoccupied. The main occupation was in Agriculture 14 families, Other occupations was 2 families and Trades etc. there were no families.
